CRA wins 2008 Bronze Telly

CRA was awarded a Bronze Telly at the 2008 Telly Awards for the WV is Calling television campaign created for West Virginia Tourism. These awards honor the very best in local, regional, and cable television commercials, as well as the finest video and film productions, and work created for the Web. This year there were more than 14,000 entries from all 50 states and 5 continents.

“This is a tremendous honor for the West Virginia Division of Tourism and CRA team,” said Liz Chewing, state travel director, West Virginia Division of Tourism. “West Virginia is blessed with a wide range of tourism opportunities, and with creative advertising such as the 'West Virginia is Calling' television spots, we are quickly positioning ourselves as a tourism leader throughout the East Coast.”

According to Caryn Durham, senior vice president, Charles Ryan Associates, “We are extremely proud of the ‘West Virginia is Calling’ campaign. We are always trying to push the boundaries of creative thinking and with these spots we definitely hit the mark.”
