Caryn Foster Durham

Managing Partner

Caryn Foster Durham is a market research, trend analysis and customer-driven business solution guru providing clients solid account and media strategies that help successfully grow their businesses. She’s done it for retail, tourism, energy and healthcare clients among others for over 17 years.

Caryn employs strong communication and organizational skills, allowing her to capture consumer attention and leverage existing dollars through traditional and new media channels to increase clients’ market share and brand power. Whether it’s devising a customized communications strategy, crafting specialized sales and marketing tools or developing results-driven media plans, Caryn has the ability to move clients to higher levels of profitability and performance.

As managing partner, Caryn provides strategic direction for the firm, manages the firms award-winning creative and multi-million dollar media departments and leads the firm’s Richmond office. Caryn serves as the Central Region Alumni Chair and on the Communications Committee for LEAD VA.  She also participates on the Virginia State Chamber of Commerce's Tourism Committee and serves as an adjunct professor for the Community College Workforce Alliance.

Susan Lavenski

Managing Partner

Susan Lavenski's experience includes working with local, regional and national public figures, media representatives and business executives. An expert in issues management and media relations, Lavenski has been responsible for promoting multi-million dollar statewide transportation issues, utility expansion projects, controversial elections and health care certificates of need to resolve a host of corporate and controversial hurdles.

She has spearheaded countless campaigns and provided strategy for Fortune 500 businesses. Her work has produced results that have garnered statewide, national and international coverage for clients.

As managing partner, Susan is responsible for the daily operations of the firm providing direction and leadership to staff and managing the client services division. She serves on the Board of Directors for the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce and is CRA’s representative to the West Virginia Business Roundtable.

Susan was named one of West Virginia Executive’s “Young Guns” of 2011, a prestigious group of 10 business leaders across the state who exemplify success at a young age. She was also named one of the West Virginia State Journal’s “40 under 40” in West Virginia, an honor recognizing those who are playing critical roles in the state as well as demonstrating their commitment to building a better future.

Aly Goodwin Gregg

Executive Vice President

Aly Goodwin Gregg’s diverse background in business development and account management is due to her unique combination of confidence and know-how. From agency work, staff positions on Capitol Hill and public relations/special projects manager for a world-renowned resort to serving as the national publicist for a variety of notable personalities, Aly’s ability to craft strategic communication plans is unmatched.

With more than 15 years experience, Aly brings a human touch to individuals struggling under the glare of the media, and her experience in strategic marketing and communications practices helps produce award-winning campaigns. Among her many accomplishments, Aly has been recognized with a platinum award by the Hospitality Sales and Marketing Association International (HSMAI) and served as an adjunct instructor for the West Virginia University Perley Isaac Reed School of Journalism.
